University of Pennsylvania – Houston Hall

Hamada, Inc. completed this very large renovation project. Waterproofing included a split-slab assembly; we also installed flat roofing and slate tiles. Since the building is very tight to the street and surrounding buildings, logistics and the safety of students and pedestrians were very important. Hamada, Inc.’s precautions and preparation were essential.
